Booking Conditions

Reservations & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation prior 40 days of the arrival date will incur no retention and guest is eligible for full refund.

Refund for the advance payment for free cancellation will take 15-20 working days to get the amount credited in guest bank account.

Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 40 days will incur 100% retention charges as per our policy.

In case of early departure, retention equivalent to balance room nights will be levied.

In case of no show, 100% retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.

No Name amendment after confirming the booking

Please note while depositing the advance, it may kindly be ensured that transactions are routed through bank only I.e. either to deposit Cheque or Demand Draft or transfer digitally through Net Banking or any other available app from your bank account.

We would not consider any cash deposit into our account as an advance towards your below booking, it is therefore earnestly requested to please desist from depositing the cash in our account to avoid complications at later date for either side.

Early Arrivals: Check-in time of the hotel is 12 Noon . For arrivals prior to the hotel check-in time, we recommend that the room be reserved from the previous night.

Arrival / Departure: Check-In time is 1200 Hours and Check-Out time is 1200 Hours.

Early Check -In is strictly subject to the availability and no way guaranteed in advance , for same the guest is required to put his request forward well in advance . For arrivals prior to the hotel check-in time, we recommend that the room be reserved from the previous night.

Check-Out after 1200 hours are subject to availability and the following charges of 25% of the room rate between 1200 hours and 1600 hours and thereafter 100% payment as room tariff charges

The hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of stay, in the event of an early departure. Terms & conditions are subject to change.

Terms and Conditions : Rates are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies.

In keeping with our security procedures, we request all our guests to carry a photo -identity to present at check-in. foreign nationals is required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar card or PAN Card.

No Smoking: The Government of India has introduced a 'No-Smoking' legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in the balconies of rooms and designated areas.

Liquor: Please note that liquor is not sold in the premises of the hotel. Rights of Admission reserved .
